That’s the name of a thing and the noise I make about this time of year.
Earlier today I posted this on Twitter:

Because I’m OCD, I want to make myself a list of trailers and release dates. You can follow along at home, if you like.
Cyberpunk 2077
It should come as no surprise that I love cyberpunk. I also loved me some Witcher. That studio is bringing us a first-person RPG: sign me up.
Due: LOL. 2020?
The Last of Us II
If this doesn’t have you on the edge of your seat, you’re probably dead already.
Due: Who the fuck knows (2018?).
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
I liked the first, loved the second. Am camping out for the third.
Due: 14 September 2018 (this year!).
Anthem
In a surprising twist of fate, EA announced Anthem would have no loot boxes, putting it back on the list.
Due: 22 February 2019.
Halo Infinite
Master Chief. Cortana strongly implied. I’m in.
Due: Q4 2019 (LOL?).
The Division 2
Campy cross-talk aside, this looks like more of what I dig from Division gameplay.
Due: 15 March 2019.
Control
From the people who brought you Quantum Break, this has a distinctly Advent Rising feel.
Due: ?? 2019 ?? (you pick the date).
Marvel’s Spider-Man
I was “meh,” after the recent Spidey movie… This has drawn me back in.
Due: 7 September 2018 (this year!).
Ghosts of Tsushima
Japanese-themed Assassin’s Creed? Hell to the yes.
Due: Fuck knows.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
This will be a little like Syndicate in that you can play as a guy or a girl. Much as I like Bayek from Origins, I miss Evie Fry.
Due: 5 October 2018 (this year!).
Man, I can’t wait. Bring these on!
